But how does it work?

Wage portage is a three-way relationship between the client company (you), the consultant and the Swiss wage portage company (us).

As a wage portage company, we sign two contracts: one with you in the form of a contract for the provision of services and the other with your consultant, who becomes an MITC employee.

As a client company, the process is one of outsourcing: the wage portage company is responsible for drawing up the employment contracts, payslips, social security declarations and so on.

In practical terms, your consultant works under a Swiss employment contract and benefits from the protection that entails, while you do not have to deal with the logistics.

What’s more, it’s easier for you to terminate the employment contract while providing security for your employee: your recruitment process is more flexible and you can test the establishment of your company in Switzerland without risk.
