However, change is always a source of renewal, evolution and challenge. <\/p>\n\n<p>Changing jobs at 30 or retraining at 50 is entirely possible. <\/p>\n\n<p>What&#8217;s more, <a href=\"https:\/\/mitc-consulting.com\/en\/blog\/find-job-switzerland-senior\/\">it&#8217;s NEVER too late<\/a>: an adult or senior citizen who changes job gives meaning to his or her career and discovers opportunities for professional fulfilment. <\/p>\n\n<p>Why change careers? Find out the reasons that will help you make the right decision. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You want to satisfy your professional motivation<\/h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Are you going round in circles?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>You&#8217;ve been working in the same role for several years.
